We had an incredible stay here. The location outside the center gave us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided excellent room service and helped us with our needs. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including laundry service and a sun terrace. The bar and restaurant had delicious food and drinks, and we enjoyed dining in the garden area. The rooms were luxurious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. the service, comfort, and quality of this place were exceptional.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Located in a nice and quiet area on the mountains, this hotel offers tremendous views of the surrounding scenery. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, with well-equipped facilities including a TV, Nespresso machine, and mineral water. The bathrooms are clean, although some guests mentioned the lack of a curtain. The staff is generally polite and efficient, providing croissants and coffee each morning. The location is convenient, with a bus station right in front of the hotel and a leisurely downhill walk to the town.
One downside is the expensive taxi service to reach the hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area down the hill, offering fantastic views of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with croissants each morning and offering free coffee in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and the facilities were great.

The cozy furnishings and amazing views of the Matterhorn made our honeymoon lovely. We were warmly welcomed with a special treat upon arrival, and the bread delivery in the morning was a good touch. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to town and hiking trails. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the restaurant, with the staff providing great recommendations for wine and food. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Zermatt.
